 In deference to the SHOWBUS weather, Wallace Arnold thought better of plans to bring their Leeds based ex Southdown open top PD3 to Showbus 98 and diverted a tour coach instead. The Plaxton Premier bodied B10M was typical of the quality WA fleet. |

 This 1958 Plaxton Consort bodied AEC Reliance (8332U) was retained by Wallace Arnold as an example of their fleet of 40 years ago. It attracted a great deal of interest amongst the general public, whilst on display at Showbus 97, many of whom recalled travelling in Wallace Arnold coaches of years ago. |
