Theresa Thring was born in 1815 at Ilford, Essex, England.2 She was the daughter of Reverend John Gale Dalton Thring and Sarah Jenkyns.1 She married Venerable Augustus Otway FitzGerald, son of Vice-Admiral Sir Robert Lewis FitzGerald and Jane Welch, on 31 August 1843 at All Saints Church, Alford, Somerset, England.2 She died on 25 September 1857 at Weymouth, Dorset, England.2
From 31 August 1843, her married name became FitzGerald.2
