By conducting a topic analysis of tweets shared by state officials, we can find out the relevant topics discussed by state officials. We can find out the focus of attention of state officials through topic modeling. Qualitative method was employed as the research design. The data were in the form of clauses gained from corruption courtroom discourse in Medan district court, Indonesia. The findings reveal that marked and unmarked themes were realized in the data. It is concluded that the sensitivity in choosing the markedness of theme is significant to be noted by judge, prosecutors, and others involved in the courtroom discourse since the creativity in conveying the utterances could be used to hide and blur the meaning.

However, it is associated with an increased risk of several serious side-effects, such as uterine cancer, stroke, and pulmonary embolism. The 2',4'-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-3,5-dimethylchalcone (ChalcEA) from plant leaves of Eugenia aquea, has been found to inhibit the proliferation of MCF-7 human breast cancer cells in a dose-dependent manner, with an IC50 of 74.5 μg/mL (250 μM). The aim of this work was to study the molecular interactions of new ChalcEA derivatives formed with the Estrogen Receptor α (ERα) using computer aided drug design approaches. With study case and ethnography approaches, this kind of research is a descriptive-qualitative research. The primer data are used through interview and observation; the secondary data are also used from primary documents and secondary documents. The circumstance of indigenous resistance is change from covered to open conflict because many intervention from the TNDB office. The effort resistance of closed form which are opening land continuously, selling natural resources, terrain selling, chattering to everyone, also absent from TNDB's department call. Even the effort resistance of open form blocking the TNDB's officer to enter the place, open debating and discussing individual and collective and collective force behavior. The finding of this research shows the reason why the indigenous resistances are still continuing: 1). There is a disappointment in TNDB's policy because it commits unilaterally from government, 2). The ruining of indigenous law cause the function of law itself doesn't work anymore, 3). Cooperation and influence from outsider 4). Competitive natural resources management between indigenous with indigenous people, also indigenous with outsider 5). The increase of living cost make indigenous forces to take risks either in closed form or open form.

The objective of the present study was to know the future prospect of reproductive performance in... more The objective of the present study was to know the future prospect of reproductive performance in Bali cows after treating with nutrition in-utero at different stages of reproductive physiology status. A total of 90 Bali cows were used in the study. All cows were scoring for body condition (BCS; scale 1-9) and clinically examined for reproductive function and status. The reproductive statuses were pregnant, cyclic, and anestrous. All cows were treated with nutrition in-utero. Blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine, and glucose concentrations were measured before and during treatment. The results of this study showed that the pregnant and cyclic cows, plasma BUN, creatinine, and glucose concentrations were relatively similar before and after treating with nutrition in-utero. In anestrous cows plasma glucose concentrations were lower before treatment and increased after treatment. Pregnant and cyclic cows were likely to maintain the metabolite status that may improved the BCS of the cows as well as the subsequent reproductive process. Increased plasma glucose concentrations in anestrous cows triggered energy intake and may improved the reproductive status. In conclusion, administration nutrition in-utero on the Bali cows at any reproductive statuses would improve reproductive performance.  Index Terms-bali cows, nutrition in-utero, reproductive performance.

The objective of this study was to elucidate the current status of reproductive management of Bal... more The objective of this study was to elucidate the current status of reproductive management of Bali beef cows in south Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. This study was conducted in Bantaeng Regency, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Purposive sampling was used to choose the location where the study was taking place with consideration that this region has potential place for Bali cows. Data collection both primary and secondary data was done through observation and interview to obtain both quantitative and qualitative data. The results of this study showed that reproductive management applied to Bali cows in this region was very low. However, knowledge of the farmers regarding reproductive management such as estrus and its signs were much better, although the time of insemination to the estrous cows sometimes was too late. Mating system of Bali cows in this area were two different methods; natural mating and artificial insemination (AI). To adopt AI technology, the farmers should follow the standard operation of this technology. This study also showed that most of the farmers had good knowledge about estrus synchronization; however, they are still having difficulty to obtain or to access this technology, especially the price of the hormones used for estrus synchronization.

Fevicordin-A (FevA) isolated from Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff) Boerl. seeds was evaluated for its... more Fevicordin-A (FevA) isolated from Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff) Boerl. seeds was evaluated for its potential anticancer activity by in vitro and in silico approaches. Cytotoxicity studies indicated that FevA was selective against cell lines of human breast adenocarcinoma (MCF-7) with an IC 50 value of 6.4 µM. At 11.2 µM, FevA resulted in 76.8% cell death of T-47D human breast cancer cell lines. Critical pharmacophore features OPEN ACCESS amongst human Estrogen Receptor-α (hERα) antagonists were conserved in FevA with regard to a hypothesis that they could make notable contributions to its pharmacological activity. The binding stability as well as the dynamic behavior of FevA towards the hERα receptor in agonist and antagonist binding sites were probed using molecular dynamics (MD) simulation approach. Analysis of MD simulation suggested that the tail of FevA was accountable for the repulsion of the C-terminal of Helix-11 (H11) in both agonist and antagonist receptor forms. The flexibility of loop-534 indicated the ability to disrupt the hydrogen bond zipper network between H3 and H11 in hERα. In addition, MM/GBSA calculation from the molecular dynamic simulations also revealed a stronger binding affinity of FevA in antagonistic action as compared to that of agonistic action. Collectively, both the experimental and computational results indicated that FevA has potential as a candidate for an anticancer agent, which is worth promoting for further preclinical evaluation.
