In the not-too-distant future, aliens have crash-landed on Earth, stirring panic and fear among the people. These aliens are unusual beings capable of many strange abilities. These beings are stronger than the average human and sometimes faster than us too! It has become absolutely necessary for mankind to find a way to tame the alien menace in order for us to go about with our everyday lives.
Soon after their appearance, scientists and researchers began to study the aliens in hopes of finding such a way. The scientists came across six special breeds of alien, all symbiotic creatures that as a group came to be known as 'Borgs'. Harnessing the power of these symbiotic aliens, ordinary human beings are given extraordinary abilities to protect the population from the extraterrestrial threat.
However, without any way to return these beings back to the cosmos above, humanity has realized it would be better to find a way to live amongst their strange neighbors than to eliminate them. It is because of this that the government allowed the formation of groups known as "Alien Parties" to act as protectors of various sectors and prefectures in Japan. The Alien Party has become such an effective method of dealing with the extraterrestrial threat that even local schools have established Alien Parties of their own to defend their campuses from occasional alien intrusions. The idea behind the Alien Parties has even spread to other countries.
With alien invasions becoming an everyday occurrence, young students are elected as members of the Alien Party.
