Noisy room, minimalistic breakfast and heavy pot covers with no proper place to put them, hospitality personal is not focusing on service, we needed to search for them a couple of times and they where chatting in group not paying attention to guests. service is just too slow. At breakfast they refused to make us sunny side up eggs. Reception personal is excellent, they searched the hospitality staff for us. Poor menu for drinks and bites, very limited choice. Not enough pillows in the room, receptionist provided when requested. Not enough power outlets in the room to charge batteries. No toilet ventilation. No lights control from the bed. This hotel is way overpriced for the minimalistic structure and hospitality service.
