Disappointing amenities (no spa, facilities an hour away, misleading advertisements on website). Beds were terrible (felt like very cheap, hard mattresses, cheap and scratchy sheets, and TERRIBLE pillows that were tiny and felt extremely low-cost). I will not be recommending this hotel to friends. Also, breakfast was not included and exorbitantly priced.

Very cozy and clean hotel with very friendly staff. I have booked the hotel with Booking, unfortunately there was no information that the parking is 15-17 minutes from the hotel, it is ok in sunny days,but no in rainy days and also there was no information about a 100 € deposit.

The hotel is great and well located to visit the city center. Our room was comfortable with large space, good bed, a separate water closet and a bathroom with double vanity. The breakfast service was good with the option of eggs made to order. The real stars here though were the employees, particularly the ones working on 18&19th of April. My husband wanted to get a massage and the hotel staff immediately (at 5pm) called to get an appointment for him the following day. They also arranged a taxi to pick him up for his appointment. There was a big bicycle race starting from the square just down the street from the hotel and the street was blocked the next morning for the beginning of the race. The desk staff called the taxi driver and confirmed he was walking down the street to get my husband and one of the employees even walked us down the street a bit to meet the driver. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they cheerfully took care of all the details to make our stay fantastic.

The hotel is well located in the city, and is beautifully decked out. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
