Amoigakure - An AU Sci-Fi Naruto RP
Imagine a society where it is possible for a family to raise and fall in class just simply because of hair color. Where families are divided because one child is blonde, while another has black hair. Siblings may never see each other because of something they were born with. Where a police force attempts to keep the law strict and not allow for much interaction between the two classes without specific prerequisites being met. Those with bright colored hair are kept towards the top, and those with dark fall towards the bottom. A society that forces the lower class to do whatever they can to survive. Some are forced to join gangs, some are forced to sell themselves out to the upper class, and many others just let themselves die or are forced into death.
The setting itself is somewhat science-fiction, in other words, while they are void of the ability to be Ninjas, there are such things as guns, which are quite common among all classes. The bottom-dwelling class is most likely to have physical strength, and less likely to have guns because of the fact that owning one means one must have money. There is a huge unfairness from the start, and that is the goal in itself.
The society was set up and designed by one only known as "Jupiter" and does not wish for himself/herself to be referred ot in any way. The identity, while known to the players, is not known to any of the characters. "Jupiter" remains a complete mystery, where s/he came from, who s/he is...or if "Jupiter" is actually a person, not a figment of someone's imagination, or...dare I say, an object of AI controlled by someone else. Whoever "Jupiter" is, though, it is someone of extreme power because of the fact that they managed to persuade a generation that this was the appropriate way to set up things.
The society take over was between 15-20 years, so please take into consideration!
This RP is inspired by Ai no Kusabi, a yaoi anime, however, this RP is not yaoi-centric.
1. This RP allows Yaoi, Yuri, and Het. In fact, we encourage all three. If you have a problem with this do not apply.
2. Please keep in character. I understand that the setting makes things difficult, especially for specific people who are in the lower class (like Itachi), but us mods would appreciate you doing what you can. Crack pairings are encouraged, like mentioned, but please, in character. Some slipups are okay, but please...depressed Naruto's. In this society, he has no reason to be.
3. All logs must be posted as third person, past tense.
4. Use spell check. I understand typos, and those are fine, but please on edited logs make sure things are spelled correctly.
5. Activity. Journals or logs involving your character must occur at least once every other week at least. Should you be gone for more than this, leave a note in the community.
6. God mod? Don't do it. Enough said. You only control your characters.
7. Five Character Limit. Also, characters who will not interact much, if at all. In other words, no one person could play Sasuke and Naruto. This was recently changed. Once you have 3 characters, though, we're going to be a bit pickier with who you play in order to ensure certain characters get played.
8. Character Journals are required, and most to all logging will be done through AIM, if you do not have it go here and make a screen name.
9. We use Played Bys for characters. In other words, real people to represent your character. If you need help finding one, don't hesitate to ask.
10. For posting logs, see below.
For now, logs are to be posted on 
amoigakure_logs. The Type of log is either "Action" or "Closed".

They are ones where the actions will be posted within a thread. It could be started through IMs. You may specify characters (or a group) that is allowed to participate, or leave it 'open to all'. The rest of the information is self explainatory.
-Closed logs-
The information is pretty self explainatory. Please place warnings on them. If they reach the NC-17 rating, please Friends Lock the entry.
Please lj-cut all of your logs. If you don't know how to, just ask. :)
