Because secondary characters need love too.
I know, that the last thing live journal needs is another Harry Potter community..but this one, is different. This is a community for all the wonderful secondary characters of Harry Potter. What does this mean?
Let me explain. This is for anyone who is not: Harry, Ron, Hermione, Malfoy or Snape.
It is for: everyone else, from the weasley twins to- a random kid in Dudley's gang and everyone in between.
Rules
- You may not, in this community discuss any of the following: Harry, Ron, Hermione, Draco Malfoy, or Snape(i'm aware Snape and Malfoy are not "main" characters, however, there are about a million communities devoted to them out there, and so, they are not allowed in here.)
That doesn't mean i'll delete your post for even mentioning these characters of course.. they just can't be the MAIN focus of anything you post. - Shipping Please feel free to ship, again as long as its not involving any of the above mentioned people- please note, that aside from the obvious paring of any of the 5 characters above, this also means that the following ships:
~Harry/Ginny,
~Malfoy/Ginny,
~Hermione/*insert weasley brother here*, and
~Hermione/Ginny..
are not allowed, unless it is a passing/implied reference.
But please, give poor Neville a girl, talk about Lily/James, Slash anyone your heart desires, whatever. - Fanfiction please post. Now obviously, i know it would be almost impossible to write a story with out the mention of Harry and company, so the fanfiction rules are less strict.. but obviously, fanfictions with any of the above as the stars/main, are not allowed.
All fanfic needs to be behind a cut, with the rating clearly stated in your post. Now, i personally don't care if you post g rated fluff or the hardest n-17 smut ever, i tend to enjoy it all.. but just so we keep things safe- post the rating. - Art/icons yes! post any and all. Same rules as fanfiction as far as rating/cuts.
- Theories Bring them on. Now again, i am aware that these are Harry potter theories, and thus its a bit hard not to include him.. but- there are lots of sideplots and such in cannon, so explore them.
- The Movies Yeah, go for it. Pictures from Gof are cool.. the actors who play the secondary characters... post away.
- NO FIGHTING if you with fight with or a rude to another member, i will ban you. The end.
- Oh, and yeah- swear whatever, i don't care.. just not at each other.
- Quizzes I forgot all about quizzes. Yeah.. i guess. No "which harry potter Character are you?" quizzes but if you find something different like...*searches*

<--That kind of thing works. Actually, i just wanted to share with you all that i got Fred :-P But yeah. quizzes that explore anyone but the aforementioned 5 are cool... maybe we should make our own. That would be fun.
- Ads/community pimping As long as its behind a cut, and not excessive- i don't care. So, don't join and do nothing but pimp your own community... and don't tell us about it 84 times a day.. but other than that, feel free. Oh, and make it Harry Potter related please. (yes, a community about one of the actors counts as HP related)
