It is commonly used in the areas of cardiology, urology, general abdominal imaging, obstetrics and gynecology, vascular imaging, and as a guide in surgical procedures. The noninvasive, cost-effective, flexible, and radiation-free properties of ultrasonography have made it popular among healthcare professionals. The ultrasound images are generated through pulsed acoustic waves that are transmitted and received by a transducer in the ultrasound machine. However, the quality of an image is affected when ultrasound signals degrade while propagating through biological tissues. The poor image quality affects the interpretation, thereby, delaying the diagnosis and intervention in the patient. The present article discusses the basics of ultrasonography, highlights various artifacts in an ultrasound image, and reviews some methods for the enhancement of ultrasound images.

Objectives: To examine the quality of healthcare services and the features (aspects) of those ser... more Objectives: To examine the quality of healthcare services and the features (aspects) of those services, as well as the variation in those services' quality over a time. Methods: The study presents a method which includes firstly by collecting patient feedback data from the internet, and then follows preprocessing, extracting aspects of healthcare, and finally performing aspectbased sentiment analysis of healthcare. This aspect-based sentiment analysis is created to determine the pattern of aspect in a sentence using the BERT model. Healthcare services and their aspect-quality service analysis are performed here date-wise, i.e., timestamp-wide. A total of 69 physician are selected to collect the feedback and analyzed the feedback using an aspect-based sentiment analysis technique. Findings: The quality of healthcare services is frequently changing. In healthcare, for example, sometimes there is good quality service and sometimes there is worst quality service. All 69 physicians' total of 300 sentences with aspect-based sentiment scores are extracted separately after preprocessing and normalization. The aspect-wise results are shown in percentages. After that, the extracted aspect-wise percentages are shown as per date. Out of a total of 69 physicians, sample of D9, i.e., Doctor 9, patient feedback results, are shown in this paper. Novelty: This study made the aspect-based sentiment analysis score, which demonstrates the datewise, i.e., timestamp-wide variation in healthcare services. Previous research has made healthcare predictions using feedback ratings; no study has yet performed a date-wise analysis. The features, such as diagnosis, treatment, cleanliness, appointment, advice, medicine, staff service, etc., are included for analysis.

Applying UV radiation to the skin effects or modifies the melanocytes, leading to uncontrolled cell growth and skin burning or shading. Some skin conditions, however less frequent than others, are still harmful because, if untreated, they will probably worsen and spread. Early on, it might not get the proper care. A biopsy is the standard procedure for finding skin cancer and it entails scraping out the patient's skin lesion and sending it for laboratory testing. This strategy is uncomfortable, difficult, and tiresome. A dermatologist must put a lot of work into treating skin cancer from melanoma. In this study, a novel approach is used to detect skin cancer using machine learning. Dermoscopy images of melanoma cancer make it easier and less tedious to detect skin cancer.

Although MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) is frequently regarded as the best method for identifying this type of tumor, it has several drawbacks, and MRI images are more sensitive to ambient noise and other disruptions. As a result, it is challenging for doctors to identify the tumor and its origin.

Sentiment analysis and opinion mining is the field of study that analyses people's opinions, sentiments, evaluations and attitudes, from written English language. The proposed research classify recent opinions into different categories based on Twitter datasets, positive polarity of schemes, and Negative polarity of schemes and Neutral Polarity of Schemes. In this research worked on Sentiment Analysis for the purpose of prediction of 2019 Indian election. For that proposed work used sentiment analysis score technique. Sentiment Analysis is the computational evaluations of opinions, feedbacks, discussions, emotions present in the text. From text to find the meaningful sentence polarity is important task. Sentiment analysis over Twitter offers people a fast and effective way to measure the public’s feelings towards their party and politicians. Here we have eight major schemes and their last three years twitter datasets from year 2016 to year 2018. All the twitter datasets are created by own during research work. On the basis of that data and its polarity. Found meaningful patterns and we get easy prediction to 2019 Indian Election. We were used this sentiment classifier for finding political sentiment from real time tweets. In the field of politics, where political entities need to understand public opinion and thus determine their campaigning strategy. Sentiment analysis on social media data has been seen by many as an effective tool to monitor user preferences and inclination. For this eight schemes for prediction that are GST, Demonetization, Digital India, Make In India, Startup India, Swacha Bharat, Kashmir, Yoga Day with minimum 1500 tweets are compared. Finally for prediction purpose we focused on Positive and Negative polarity of datasets and this is base for prediction of 2019 Indian election.

Based on the properties of the OD, our proposed method includes edge detection using the Canny method, and detection of circles using the Hough transform. The Hough transform assists in the detection of the center and radius of a circle that approximates the margin of the OD. Based on the feature that the OD is one of the brightest areas in fundus image, the potential circles can be detected by Hough transform.

The proposed research classify recent opinions into different categories based on Twitter datasets, positive polarity of schemes, and Negative polarity of schemes and Neutral Polarity of Schemes. In this research worked on Sentiment Analysis for the purpose of prediction of 2019 Indian election. For that proposed work used sentiment analysis score technique. Sentiment Analysis is the computational evaluations of opinions, feedbacks, discussions, emotions present in the text. From text to find the meaningful sentence polarity is important task. Sentiment analysis over Twitter offers people a fast and effective way to measure the public’s feelings towards their party and politicians. Here we have eight major schemes and their last three years twitter datasets from year 2016 to year 2018. All the twitter datasets are created by own during research work. On the basis of that data and its polarity. Found meaningful patterns and we get easy prediction to 2019 Indian Election. We were used this sentiment classifier for finding political sentiment from real time tweets. In the field of politics, where political entities need to understand public opinion and thus determine their campaigning strategy. Sentiment analysis on social media data has been seen by many as an effective tool to monitor user preferences and inclination. For this eight schemes for prediction that are GST, Demonetization, Digital India, Make In India, Startup India, Swacha Bharat, Kashmir, Yoga Day with minimum 1500 tweets are compared. Finally for prediction purpose we focused on Positive and Negative polarity of datasets and this is base for prediction of 2019 Indian election.

B... more We propose a method to automatically locate the Optic Disc (OD) in fundus images of the retina. Based on the properties of the OD, our proposed method includes edge detection using the Canny method, and detection of circles using the Hough transform. The Hough transform assists in the detection of the center and radius of a circle that approximates the margin of the OD. Based on the feature that the OD is one of the brightest areas in fundus image, the potential circles can be detected by Hough transform.
