Welcome to 
belle_elite! The word "Belle" means "Beautiful" in French. The French language is know to be sexual and sensual, and our members are definiatly so. We hope you'll look around and possibly join us! If you need to contect one of the MODs please email us (adress' are in the sidebar).
o1. You must be AT LEAST 15 to join.
o2. No whining or bitching or "typiinq lyk disz". They're all annoying.
o3. Respect eachother and the MODs.
o4. Please put "Stamped//____" in the subject line of each entry if you're accepted.
o5. Be active.
o6. Please leave the subject of your application blank.
o7. Be active and post a lot.
o8. Participating in at least ONE theme or contest a month is required, or else your considered "inactive" and will be kicked out.
o9. When earning points, please put the number of points earned in the subject, it mkes it much easier.
**o10.**Please post your app within 24 hours of joining.
Contests will be held at the MODs' descresion. When a MOD decides to do a contest the members will make new posts with pictures regarding the nature or the contest. For example, if a mod chose to hold a "best eyes" contest, the members would post pictures or thier eyes. Members vote on each others submissions, the member with the highest point value by the deadline wins. They win a graphic trophy from 
tw0eight0ne to display in their user info. It will also be depicted in THIS userinfo until the next contest is held. The winner will also receive points towards their point bank, explained below. They also recieve recognition on the sidebar until the next contest.
The members will receive points for doing certain things. The member with the most points by the end of the month will be the "member or the month" and receive a graphic trophy from tw0eight0neto display in thier userinfo AND in THIS userinfo until the next month, when a new member wins. Points are as follows...
Promoting (must show links) - 2
Making a graphic - 2
Post w/ picture (one per day) - 5
Participating in theme/challenge/contest - 5
Making a graphic we end up using - 10
Winning a contest - 20
Promoting to someone who joins - 20
Winning challenge - 50
One of the MODs will start a theme and give a deadline. Before the deadline is up the members must post pictures or anything in regaurds to the theme. This is just so we can get to know you and have some acitivity in the community. Also to get you some points & recognition on the sidebar.
Challenges are anything from member-to-member face-off to scavenger hunts. In a "face off" one member will call out another, posting pictures explaining WHY they want the other member to leave. The member who was called out has 4 days to comment with pictures explaining why they should stay. Members and MODs vote on who should stay and who should go, losing member is kicked out. They ARE allowed to re-apply however. This will not start until we are at 50 members.
Scavenger hunts are when a MOD posts a list of things they want the members to find. Things like song lyrics, flowers, something a certain color, basiclly anything. You may get the pics off of google, your own collection, anywhere. You post back IN A COMMENT with your objects. Comments will be screened so you dont know who won until the MOD announces it. There is a deadline.
