Welcome to billiep_ic, a Billie Piper icon challenge community.Billie is that lovely lady who stars in Secret Diary of a Call Girl and Doctor Who, but you may know her from her popstar days, when Because We Want To was the big hit.We'll have weekly challenges featuring miss Piper or anything related to her. General Rules

You can also use each image for more than one icon.[.] Textures, brushes, stock, etc, are allowed.[.] The rules above stated may be changed for specific challenges, you'll be clearly told in bold letters if so. [.] Animations are not allowed. [.] Icons must fit LJ standards (100x100 pixels, less than 40kb)[.] Post your icons as a comment to the challenge post. They're screened. You can edit your submission as much as you like before the deadline.[.] Your icons must be created specially for the challenge.
