As one of the universities in Palembang City, XYZ University has its own web server that function... more As one of the universities in Palembang City, XYZ University has its own web server that functions as an information system in the academic and financial activities of its users. Testing of security systems on information systems needs to be done, web server security is very important to avoid destruction, data theft, data manipulation, and so on. In this study, the OWASP framework and the ISSAF framework were used and then the two methods were compared. The results of this study found several security holes that have been recommended to developers and successfully repaired. There needs to be a comprehensive improvement starting from server configuration, sanitization improvement of character input filters from users, installation of Intrusion Detection System and Intrusion Prevention System.

Yang umum menggunakan adalah PMT tipe spring return to center control switch, dimana kontak saklar adalah 101T (trip), 101c (close), 101SC (tertutup bila turned to close dan tetap tertutup bila dibuka, terbuka bila turned to trip dan tetap terbuka bila dibuka). Apabila terdapat beberapa breaker, breaker ini diidentifikasikan dengan menggunakan nomor 101, 201, 301 dan seterusnya. Time delay starting atau closing relay: kecuali untuk fungsi-fungsi peralatan dengan nomor identifikasi 48, 62 dan 79.

Hampir setiap kali Pemerintah atau PT PLN (Persero) mengumumkan perubahan Tarif Dasar Listrik ata... more Hampir setiap kali Pemerintah atau PT PLN (Persero) mengumumkan perubahan Tarif Dasar Listrik atau disingkat TDL selalu diikuti penolakan. Penetapan TDL yang tidak transparan dan ketidak efisienan PT PLN (Persero) dalam mengelola energi menjadi alasan penolakan TDL. Tarif merupakan sumber pembiayaan bagi perusahaan listrik, mencakup biaya operasi, pemeliharaan, pengembalian biaya investasi, depresiasi, pajak dan biaya bahan bakar. Struktur Tarif Listrik diberbagai negara sangat variatif dan bahkan berbeda antara satu wilayah dengan wilayah lain dalam suatu negara. Beberapa negara, termasuk Indonesia merupakan negara yang mengandalkan monopoli dalam menyalurkan energi listrik ke pelanggan. Pada pasar yang diatur, penetapan tarif tunduk pada pengawasan peraturan dan biasanya merupakan proses tahunan menarik perhatian publik. Di dalam pasar bebas, tarif sangat ditentukan oleh kekuatan pasar, meskipun biaya untuk beberapa segmen rantai pasokan, misalnya layanan jaringan, mungkin tunduk pada peraturan. Penelitian ini mencoba menangkap beberapa dimensi penting tentang proses penentuan tarif dan stuktur tarif yang dipergunakan. Terminologi kualitas daya listrik mengacu pada phenomena yang sangat variatif yang memiliki karak... more Terminologi kualitas daya listrik mengacu pada phenomena yang sangat variatif yang memiliki karakteristik tegangan dan arus pada satu satuan waktu dan lokasi yang berbeda dalam sebuah sistem tenaga listrik. Untuk menentukan masalah kualitas daya padavsuatu sistem tenaga listrik dan menentukan metode yang paling tepat guna mengurangi masalah kualitas daya dibutuhkan pengumpulan data yang mencakup besaran-besaran arus, tegangan, kejadian, frekuensi kejadian, tempat kejadian, gangguan-gangguan dan lokasi pengukuran. Pengukuran arus dan tegangan mencakup pengukuran besaran efektif dan bentuk gelombang. Dari pengukuran, ditentukan klasifikasi tipe gangguan berdasarkan indeks kualitas daya yang akan dikategorikan berdasarkan komponen frekuensi yang tercatat pada hasil pengukuran signal tegangan selama prioda pengukuran. Identifikasi mengacu pada spesifikasi yang dikeluarkan oleh IEEE dan IEC. Penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa penggunaan beban-beban non linear mengakibatkan distorsi harmonisa pada sistem ketenagalistrikan, munculnya fenomena elektromaknetik pada sebuah sistem mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas sistem dan sistem pengkawatan terpasang memiliki peran dominan terhadap kemungkinan terjadinya fenomena elektromagnetik pada instalasi terpasang.

The mobile robot is the type of robot that emerges not only in industry but also in the domestic ... more The mobile robot is the type of robot that emerges not only in industry but also in the domestic application, intended to substitute or assist human in a dull, dirty, or dangerous environment. The robot is designed to imitate or resemble human abilities to perform a physical task using a simple control theorem, or even sophisticated task by implementing artificial intelligent (AI) to create a smart robot. The most applied AI is Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) and Neural Network (NN). The main issue in the mobile robot is the navigation, defined as how to ensure the robot can finish the task safely without crushing to any obstacles. This paper investigates the application of FLC and NN in robot navigation and compares the performance in navigating the robot to the target. Sensors used in this paper is distance sensors and a camera. A robot is moved in several experimental setting, and the effectiveness of FLC and NN application is compared. The comparison is conducted in a simulation program named MobotSim, where several robots were designed in various environments. The simulation results show that NN application is more suitable confirmed by faster time in completing the task.

Corn is the common agriculture product in Palembang suburban, which can be utilized to boost the ... more Corn is the common agriculture product in Palembang suburban, which can be utilized to boost the income of local residents. Appropriate technology application is beneficial to improve the productivity of the household scale industry. This paper proposed an automatic corn sheller to apply appropriate technology for post-harvesting of the agriculture industry in the Palembang suburban. The corn sheller design is kept simple to ensure its repeatability. Experiments using the design test-best were conducted to show the effectiveness of the proposed method. Data results show that the sheller effectively follows the FLC design. The average total time of the shelling process is 4.7 s which is fast; therefore, it can improve the productivity of household-scale industries. The data results show that the proposed method is effective in shelling average corn found in Palembang.

Arm robot manipulator heavily applied in industries ranging from welding, pick-and-place, assembl... more Arm robot manipulator heavily applied in industries ranging from welding, pick-and-place, assembly, packaging, labeling, etc. Trajectory planning and tracking is the fundamental design of an arm robot manipulator. The trajectory is set and determined to satisfy a certain criterion effectively and optimally. Optimization of robot trajectory is necessary to ensure the good quality product and to save energy, and this optimization can be provided by the right modeling and design. This paper presents a review study of arm-robot manipulator design and control for trajectory tracking by investigating the modeling of an arm robot manipulator starting from kinematics, dynamics and the application of the more advanced methods. The idea of this paper comes from the popularity of inverse kinematics among students.

Rele Proteksi dibutuhkan untuk menginisiasi pemutusan dan mengisolasi daerah yang mengalami gangguan dan menjaga agar daerah yang tidak mengalami gangguan tetap dapat menjalankan fungsinya.

Today electricity source still depends heavily on fossil fuels that soon will be dimin ished from the earth in around 50 years. This condition demands us to find the renewable energy to support our everyday life. One of the famous renewab le energy sources is fro m solar, harnessed by energy conversion device named solar cells. Countries like Indonesia are gifted with an abundance of sunlight all the yearlong. The application of solar cells with its photovoltaic (PV) technology harnesses the sunlight and converts it into electricity. Although this technology is emerg ing very fast, it still has some limitation due to the current PV technology, economic feasibility, and its environmental impacts. Life cycle assessment is the method to analyze and evaluate the sustainability of PV system and its environmental impact. This paper presents literature study of PV system fro m the crad le to grave, it begins with the material choices (fro m the first generation and the possibility of the fourth generation), manufacturing process, implementation, and ends it with the afterlife effect of PV modules. The result of this study will be the insights look of the PV system application in Indonesia, fro m the best option of material choice, the best method of application, the energy payback time, and finally the possible after life recycle of PV materials.
