Fab Guaxamoles4 large haas avocados1/2 of a large clove of garlic (although Jilly has demonstrated to my satisfaction the merits of garlic in a tube)A buttload of fresh cilantroA bunch of scalioins4 ounces of sour cream1 tablespoon of lime or lemon juiceSalt and pepperTortilla chipsServes: SeveralPeel avocados, mash. Chop garlic mafia style (sliced thinly with a razor blade), toss into bowl. Mince cilantro, dice onions, toss into bowl. Dump in sour cream and lemon or lime juice and mix that fucker up. Salt and pepper to taste. It's highly recommended that one take shots of Tequila while enjoying my Guaxamole, but not required. |
