Congratulations to our very own Oxford Legal Department who took home the Employee Wellness Initiative of the Year Award at last week’s CCCA (Canadian Corporate Counsel Association) | Mondaq Awards! Celebrating standout work from the best in-house counsel teams across Canada, Oxford’s Legal Department were recognized for their ‘One Company, One Team, One Wellness Blue Zone – Path Vitality’ action plan, which implemented several strategic initiatives to foster wellness within their team, and Oxford as a whole, bucking the trend towards increased pressure, stress and anxiety common in the legal profession.
