Established in 1960, Oxford and our platform companies manage nearly $63.5 billion of assets with a portfolio of 147 million square feet of commercial space. - Last week, our CFO Liz Murphy participated in an all-CFO panel discussion on “Trends in Real Estate” at the 12th annual Bloomberg Live Canadian Finance Conference. Sharing her perspective on the cautious optimism growing across the industry, while noting capital constraints pose challenges, Liz pointed to a narrowing price gap and increased activity across retail, residential, and office as meaningful green shoots. The Holistic Wellness Journey at OMERS and Oxford Properties Group greatplacetowork.ca - Congratulations to our very own Oxford Legal Department who took home the Employee Wellness Initiative of the Year Award at last week’s CCCA (Canadian Corporate Counsel Association) | Mondaq Awards! Celebrating standout work from the best in-house counsel teams across Canada, Oxford’s Legal Department were recognized for their ‘One Company, One Team, One Wellness Blue Zone – Path Vitality’ action plan, which implemented several strategic initiatives to foster wellness within their team, and Oxford as a whole, bucking the trend towards increased pressure, stress and anxiety common in the legal profession.
