My coaching practice is application-only, and I often have a waiting list for new executive coaching clients.

This is an initial kickoff session with Dr. Elliott to clarify your coaching goals, select 360 raters, and map your strategic focus areas for feedback and coaching.

EQ 360 Assessment

Your raters will complete the EQ 360, a research-backed assessment measuring 15 key emotional intelligence competencies, so that you can compare your self-perception with feedback from your manager, colleagues, and direct reports.

360 Feedback Interviews

Dr. Elliott will then conduct confidential, one-on-one interviews with selected raters, typically 5 to 7 of them, gathering candid qualitative feedback to combine with your EQ 360 data. He then creates actionable strategies to accelerate your leadership impact.

Leadership Insights & Growth Report

With all this information, Dr. Elliott authors a highly caffeinated report that distills your strengths, developmental areas, and next-level growth opportunities. This becomes your data-driven roadmap for continued leadership development.
