As we know, the whole world is suffering from disease badly. COVID-19 affects the human community in different ways but still we are not able to produce a proper medication of COVID-19. Any existing or developed vaccine or drug is not providing great success in curing or handling this virus adequately. Whereas in this tough time, various pharmaceutical companies are trying to develop a proper medicine or vaccine for preventing this virus spread. In the procedure of developing drugs, Pfizer, a well-known bio-pharmaceutical company has developed two molecules PF − 07304814 and an enhancement over this molecule as PF − 00835231, which are used in the treatment of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Second drug PF − 00835231 is a powerful inhibitor of the corona virus family and it can help in avoiding two strain of SARS-CoV-2. It helps in killing of the cell of other coronavirus as well. This article proposes some topological indices of molecular graphs of PF − 00835231 and PF − 07304814 drugs that are based on degree and neighbourhood degree of vertices. 2020 Mathematical Sciences Classification: 05C07,

Insect are the important fauna of ecosystem and provide pollination service for the sexually repr... more Insect are the important fauna of ecosystem and provide pollination service for the sexually reproducing plants and help in enhancing crop production for the human beings. Present study was totally concerned on the identification of order of insects by estimating Zagreb index, Harmonic index and inverse index. These indices were first time used to identify insect's order by the study of wings belonging to different insect species. Wing graph has been first time plotted and applied globally. Wings of Drosophila, Cicada, Apis, Musca species were amputed and permanent slides were prepared. Venation system of different wings was analyzed by using different vertices (cross-over of venation) and edges (part of vein between two vertices). Wing graphs were plotted with the help of wings photos and studied indices were calculated. The value of Zagreb index, Harmonic index and Inverse index were estimated specific for a particular insect order and insects can be differentiated and order of insects can be identified by using these indices this made this study significant for future study.

These indices provide qualitative structure activity relationship (QSAR). Degree based topological indices are commonly used invariant in chemical graph theory. However, in this article, a new degree of vertices is introduced, called "deficiency degree". Further, we have computed five topological indices based on the deficiency degree like "deficient first Zagreb index, deficient generalized Randić index, deficient harmonic index, deficient inverse sum index, deficient augmented Zagreb index" for identified graphs using the M-polynomial of graph.

In the literature, several results are computed for degree based topological indices like “first Zagreb index, second Zagreb index, modified second Zagreb index, generalized Randić index, inverse Randić index, symmetric sum division index, harmonic index, inverse sum index, augmented Zagreb index”. In this paper, we have investigated the aforesaid degree based topological indices for Hanoi graph and generalized wheel graph with the help of M-polynomial.
