Welcome to colby_lorne!This is a community created for fans of Colby Granger from Numb3rs and Evan Lorne from Stargate Atlantis, specifically in a romantic situation, but as just friends will do too. It's designed for the open exchange of ideas, and membership is open to everyone.
RULES
There won't be any serious consequences unless you're found breaking these rules repeatedly. This community is meant only for fun, but some general rules are still good to have.1. No hotlinking images. If you want to use images, upload them to your own account.2. No flaming. Don't be rude to each other. Play nice and be respectful of other member's art, fic, opinion, etc. Constructive criticism is allowed, but it's always a good idea to make sure it's desired beforehand.3. Use LJ cuts where appropriate. Fics over 100 words, large images or multiple images, videos and longer posts are all encouraged to be put behind a cut. 4. Only Colby/Lorne fics please. This is obviously a community specifically for this pairing, but it can be part of several other pairings or as a background pairing, so long as it's not just a reference.5. Post with appropriate subjects and tags. This makes it easier for everyone involved to quickly find what they're looking for.
FANFICTION GUIDELINES
Put disclaimers on your fanfiction. Intellectual property rights are serious business, and since I believe that I can assume that none of you own the rights to either of the shows, be sure to make that apparent when you post fanfiction.Betas are recommended, but not necessary. Rate using the standard system and warn appropriately. Even if it might spoil the plot, it's best to be considerate to others' wishes. This is just a general format for posting fanfiction. There's no need to adhere strictly to it however, so long as title, author, rating, summary & disclaimer are listed.
