This a rating community for those who are superb. Duh.
If you aren't superb, get the fuck out.
So here are the rules. It is very simple
For applicants:
1. Fill out ALL of the application. Fill it out at least after 2 days of joining, or I am kicking you out! Don't lurk!
2. Don't post, comment, and what not until you accepted, unless it's in your own entry, or else.
4. You will be stamped in two or three days. Whatev.
5. LJ CUT THE FUCKING APPLICATION.
6. Put "Roffles" in the subject line so we know you are reading the rules.
7. When you fill out the application, make it organized so it's easy to read.
For members:
1. You can be as big of a jerk as you want once you are accepted. Because you're elite.
2. Ok but being a jerk does not mean you can be discriminatory and what not because that is stupid.
3. Promoting is allowed. Ok but you can only promote in here if you promote 
___superb in your community.
4. POST ANYTHING YOU WANT. ANYTHING. But if it is long/involves pictures then LJ-CUT.
5. DON'T FORGET TO LJ-CUT.
6. Post stuff for the theme.
