__preptastic is a community dedicated to the lifestyle of a prep. Everyone in the LiveJournal community is invited to apply, but keep in mind, this is a rating community. If you don't take criticism well, this isn't the place for you. If you love to dress in bright colors and pop your collar, you might have what it takes. This community is not superficial - so you have to have a certain special something else too, and our members know what that is!

1. This is a drama free community. Anyone caught fighting, bashing, or causing drama will be given ONE warning before being permanately banned.
2. The promotion of other communities is allowed, but it must be behind an LJ cut or else it will be deleted.
3. Participation in themes is not mandatory. However you must make at least one post a month or else your membership will be revoked. So please, stay active!

1. You must be at least 14 years of age to apply. Very few exceptions will be made.
2. You must fill out the entire application. Please do not use rich text mode. If your application is messed up, you get ONE chance to fix it before being rejected.
3. You must post your application within 48 hours of joining, or else you will be dismissed from the community.
4. Your application will be open to voting for 2-4 days. After a sufficient number of votes have been recieved, the mod will tally the votes and post an "accepted" or "rejected" banner. Until you have received this banner (even if all of your votes thusfar are "yes") you HAVE NOT been accepted. Remember: the mod has the power to veto.
5. You are not allowed to post, vote, or comment until you have been ACCEPTED. The only exceptions are if you are responding to a query made by a stamped member within your application comments, or if you have a question for the mod. Only leave a comment for the mod if it has been more than 4 days since your application was posted. This is the most strictly enforced rule of the community, and there are no second chances in breaking this rule. You will be immediately banned.
6. Do not alter your application or the tags in any way. Answer each question completely. Don't fake the promotion - a mod WILL check the link. Please do not link to your pictures, post them directly in your application. If you have any trouble with any of these aspects of the application, it is best to ask BEFORE you post your application. You will have one chance to fix any major mistakes.
7. If YoU tYpE liKe a MoRoN or have a total lack of respect for the English language - don't bother applying. You won't get far. And we mean this. Don't give us an easy reason to reject you.
8. Friends only is the way to go. Please make all entries friends only to keep away spammer, haters, and any other breed of idiot you can think of. 9. If you are rejected, you must wait one week before applying again. If you are rejected twice, you will be banned.

SIMPLY COPY AND PASTE THE APPLICATION FOUND IN THE BOX. REMEMBER TO MAKE IT FRIENDS ONLY. DO NOT ALTER THIS APPLICATION IN ANY WAY, AND BE SURE TO PLACE IT UNDER AN LJ CUT. THE CUT MUST SAY "I've Got A Penchant for Polos and Pearls" (that's some pretty sweet alliteration, huh?) ALSO, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU TO USE RICH TEXT.

Also, FOR GOD'S SAKE, please be sure that only the questions are in bold. Begin your answers after the closed bold tag. It should look like this (without the stars) <*b>Question:<*/b> ANSWER.
