We are superior. We are the best. We are the top 1% of the population. Entrance into this community is strict and only members of that top percentile will be accepted.

HOW IT WORKS;
Join the community, and post your completed application within 24 hours. Members will vote for two days, after which, all votes will be tallied. Your "yes" votes must outweigh your "no" votes by at least two votes in order for you to be accepted. This number will most likely rise as we get more members.

RULES;

1. All applications must be behind an lj-cut and friends only. Anyone who breaks this rule will be banned without question.
2. If you do not post your application within 24 hours of joining, you will be banned.
3. You must answer all questions, no acceptions.
4. Applicants under the age of 15 will not be accepted.
5. Do not post, reply to posts, or vote on another applicant if you have not yet been accepted. You will be banned if you do.
6. Do not post pictures with your application. We don't care what you look like, we only care what you think like. Shallow little hussies won't get in on their looks.
7. You may answer direct questions by voters on your application, but you may not argue with them.
8. On your application, remember to bold the questions in order to visually separate them from your answers.
9. The subject line of your application should be "Hello" and your lj-cut should say "Am I worthy?" so we know that you read the rules.

1. You may NOT promote other communities unless you have direct permission from paperbomb.
2. When voting, please bold your "yes" or "no" vote to make it easier to find.
3. Once you're accepted, you may post whatever you feel is appropriate.
4. The mods reserve the right to ban any user, at any time, for any reason.
5. You must remain active in the community, preferably by voting, if not by posting.
6. When voting, please give a reason for your vote.
