Welcome to ~Cookin With Jen~!
I grew up watching my mom cook the best way she knew how. She would create fantasitic meals with what ever was around. Almost never following a recipe, just her instincts.
Now I love to cook, and I love to throw things together to create new meal ideas. I also like to try new recipes I find, and sometimes I adapt the recipes to my own liking, or use it to inspire something totally thrown together.

I decided to create a cooking journal so that I can have a place to share favorite recipes, and jot down my own ideas and share them with others. Also, for others to share their ideas, suggestions, or favorite recipes. If you want to post a picture, Please do! I love to see pictures of how things come out.
