Cosplay con Queso is a community for planning trips to conventions and organizing cosplays. We're not anything spectacular and only 3 or 4 of the members actually cosplay. Mainly, this is just a place for us to post anime convention related fun.

Cosplay con Queso was officially brought to life as of Oni-con 2007 - October 18th, the day before we left while Sarah and I dug through her roommate's closet and ran around town at midnight trying to put together a last minute Nana Komatsu costume, though Sarah, Leaf and I had been operating as cosplay partners for a bit longer. We're all still brand spankin' new to the cosplay scene, but I know Leaf and I have some pretty big ambitions, as do Sarah and I. As of right now, my thoughts (on the progress of Leaf and I) are that once we've completely finished our Trinity Blood costumes - accessories, horrid details and all - then we can really be proud of ourselves. It will be a milestone for me, at least. A recent milestone was the GazettE [DISORDER] costumes - for Sarah and me. We're looking at No. [666], make-up, grossness and all, as being the next big step. Exciting stuff. ^_^

As for the 'Taichou' 'Fukutaichou' and 'Third Seat Officer' rankings down there, those are all from one late night on MSN in which Leaf and I were foaming over Bleach and created the 3 1/2rd Division (pronounced "Third and a Half Division") which pertains to all things fandom between Leaf, Sarah and I. Leaf and I spend hours at a time analyzing characters, picking apart plots and bounce ideas off each other for prose - fanfiction and otherwise. We easily took on roles of Taichou and Fukutaichou afterwards, with Jenny being to Leaf and Ichimaru Gin is to Kira Izuru. o_O Subordinate torture and all.
