Circumcision in any form is NOT Islamic, Judaic, nor Christian. It is NOT
attributable in any way to United States Native Americans. Yet, Genital
Dismemberments have become Secular apart from the 3 Abrahamic Religions.
For historic knowledge of Female Genital Mutilation, FGM, one should refer to Dr. Pia Gallo, Padua University, Department of Psychology, Italy.

The mythic tale of Abraham and the fictitious circumcision ‘covenant’ originated about 550 BCE and spread throughout the Hebrews, eventually infiltrating Islam and then Christianity.

ETHICAL DRIFT, FADING, MORAL DISENGAGEMENT
Ethical Drift and Ethical Fading are incremental deviations from ethical practice that goes unnoticed by individuals who justify the deviations as acceptable and who believe themselves to be maintaining their ethical boundaries.

Ethical Drift and Ethical Fading escalate imperceptibly until even major
breaches are rationalized as reasonable. Four intrusions may be:

where there is intense competition n.
with competition other members of the group may encourage the violator to continue.
people feel they are in a zero-sum game.
people see no way out of the quandary.

Ethical Drift may be quick as with a new, though false, medical treatment
including even vaccines.

Ethical Fading often occurs insidiously without conscious awareness.
Environmental forces predominately provoke. We rarely mean to do the wrong thing, but subtle cues lead us to ignore the moral implications of our decisions. Ethical Fading is one of the reasons there is a gap between how we intend to act and how we actually end up behaving. We let our ethics fade from view.

Moral Disengagement leads to values and standards being altered. Assault and Battery of the genitals of those who are of minor age is such a case. Eight dimensions of Moral Disengagement are:

moral justification
euphemistic labelling
advantageous comparison
displacement of responsibility
diffusion of responsibility
distortion of consequences
dehumanization
attribution of blame.
People usually do not ask themselves if they are acting unethically. They will resort to rationalizations as “It is God’s will,” “I was forced to do it,” or “They deserved it,” or “I did it for their own good.” As well as, “It was strictly business,” or “I did it for the safety of the organization.”

Among the Kikuyu, both young men and young girls were circumcised. Until this ceremony was performed, the youngsters could not become members of the tribe. One of these first steps was establishing a monetary policy. Currently, the monetary policy of the United States is conducted by the Federal Reserve System that acts as the nation’s Central Bank.
Age of the United States of America is approaching 250 years. This is a historic benchmark in many ways, and with examples. Sometimes it can be a half-way point to a greater social change whether through peace, internal conflict, or war.
Alexis de Tocqueville in Democracy in America hypothesized that the United States democratic Republic will last about 250 years before it reaches a crisis with the probability of coming under a dictatorship.
Relative History is loosely within a standard lifetime. This is to say, history is immediately relevant within the past 50 years. An example would be the relative lifetime of a generation of those who participated in war and the society they fought for.
At this time, the American Revolution was almost 250 years ago, the Civil War 160 years ago, WWI is over 100 years ago, WWII over 75 years ago, Korea 65 years ago, and soon with Vietnam, and the Gulf Wars becoming their own respective pasts. Most have not personally known people in these past generations.
Relative History moves to Saga which then eventually moves to Myth. In this extending in a multi-generational past. Then, history condenses to in the end concentrating on the actions of one man, a hero, a standard-bearer, instead of the actions of a group, society or a nation.
Abraham and Sarah moving to Egypt coincides with a migration from Mesopotamia into Egypt. Joseph being sold into Egypt coincides with the Hyksos people moving into Egypt to establish their Dynasty. Moses coincides to the Egyptians casting out the Hyksos Dynasty. Spartan Leonides represents a long history of Greek-Persian conflict.

Three basic back-to-back 250-year cycles of 500 years can be seen with: 1): The time between Moses to David, 2): The time of David to the return from the Babylonian exile; and 3): The return from the Babylonian exile to Jesus.
Mircea Eliade stated two concepts:[1]

Reality is acquired solely through repetition or participation, everything which lacks an exemplary model is ‘meaningless,’ i.e., it lacks reality…
The memory of the collectivity is an-historical... the memory of historical events is modified, after two to three centuries, in such a way that it can enter into the mold of the archaic mentality, which cannot accept what is individual and preserves only what is exemplary.

Sadly, our history is being lost due to changes in our country’s educational system. Yet, history for the past 250 years may be set in twenty-five (25) year intervals making ten (10) generational sections.
So not to lose our history, instill respect for our past, and give a basis for the future especially for the nations next 250 years possibly coinage and currency policies may be instituted as a history lesson. This is not a new concept. It has been used in the past in some limited forms.
Our coins and currency have been altered many times. It is best to observe the past changes in order to conceive an ordered structure to be used as a historic educational policy for our future generations.

up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves
generous gifts from the public treasury. From that moment on the
majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits
from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will
finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by

“Tyranny of the Majority.” Tyranny of the Majority argues in
governments with majority rule, the goals of the majority are pursued
at the expense of the minority’s needs and wants. They will take until
the social wealth becomes exhausted and thus fails. It creates a group
of people being treated unfairly because their situation is different from
the situation of most of the people in the governmental atmosphere of
a feeding trough, --> the public breast
