This is the writing journal of 
cruel_illusion; it's only a community so I can post to it from my primary journal. Anyone is welcome to join or comment, so if you've an interest in keeping track of it on your flist, then feel free. Joining is open, but posting access isn't.
Formerly this fic journal was private, used to house unfinished fics and keep them from cluttering my personal space before eventually vanishing into the ether. However, as you can see, it's under renovation to catalog what has been completed instead.
If you're looking for the Simplified Passion/Cherry Illusion site that once archived I and Cherryscott's cofiction, well, the smutisp host has sadly shut down; I won't be rebuilding it either. I've (very slowly) started transfering my fic to this journal instead but I'm in no hurry to archive things whatsofrickinever.
So, just what do I write? If you're here then you probably already know.
I write mostly fanfic, unless it's NaNoWriMo time. I write both fps and rps. I am a complete porn and slash addict. I have far too many fandoms, though I'm not really active in supporting any of them because fandom is built on a firm foundation of crazy and bitchiness. My fandoms often ocassionally collide. I've tried to keep an active list of the ones I peripherally support in the interests.
I lurk in a lot of fandoms. In the past I have written an excess of Boondock Saints rps and _Supernatural_-fic of some incarnation. I have also written occasionally in the House MD fandom purely for the joy of tormenting Dr. Chase, in the Heroes fandom where rare pairs are my specialty (Eden/Chandra anyone?), in the Riddick fandom where I like to see him paired with or against Vaako, in the Lord of the Rings fandom where I butcher everything, and in the X-Men fandom where I pull a lot from the comic-verse as it will probably always be my first and truest love. I like slash, femme, het, and genderbent; also, I like dark-fic, angst, taboos, hurt-comfort, and fluff all equally. I write alone or with cowriters and am always willing to talk plot and potential stories with anyone.
