_graphics, tutorials, coding, and media by akito and kita_Welcome to crystalcyanide, the creative journal of curtissed and oversoul. It's nothing special; just a little hole-in-the-wall community that provides occasional updates. Formerly members only, we are now 90% public, the only locked entries being request posts. Members should get special privileges, right?
What exactly can one hope to find here? Like many other creative journals, one can find graphics in the form of icons, banners, and wallpapers, the occasional coding for your profile needs, music uploads, and tutorials upon request.rules
No one likes them, but we've got to have them. But that doesn't mean that we can't keep them short and sweet.
➊ Please comment! It lets us know that people like what we're making and uploading and that we're doing a good job.
➋ Credit is nice, really. It allows other people to find our community, for one, and it avoids confusion as to who created the graphic or code.
➌ Please do not edit any of the graphics, unless otherwise stated. Blanks are not bases!
➍ Tutorials and modifications are available upon request.

akito//curtissed;; Although I'm a freshman in college pursuing a degree in psychology with hopes of moving on to medical school, I like wasting precious time making graphics, coloring images, and coding profile layouts. I continue to work on improving my technique, and while I've come a long way, I also have a lot I have to learn. I update on occasion--not nearly as often as I'm sure people would like--and mainly after I've been eliminated from whatever LIMS I happen to be participating in. I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0.

kita//oversoul;; The first and most important thing that you'll realize about me is that I'm really damn lazy. As a result, I don't post much...if often at all. I do enjoy making icons or any other type of graphic, for that matter but I find uploading/posting things in batches to be a pain, so I don't do it often. I'm currently in high school, taking a course in graphic design which I hope, will be my career in the future. I use Adobe Photoshop 7.0.
