This paper attempts to analyze the financial statements and measure the performance of Portmeirio... more This paper attempts to analyze the financial statements and measure the performance of Portmeirion Group PLC. In detail the research methodology used is descriptive research design that has focused on the past performance of the company. The study purely relies on secondary data, which were collected for a period of five years (2014-2018) from the audited annual reports of the company and the data provided for the purpose of effective periodical analysis. To achieve the research goal, diverse financial metrics such as financial ratios, trend, vertical, horizontal, SWOT were utilized. This study reveals almost a tenth consecutive year of increase in revenue by the company. EPS increased by 10.8% in 2018, and total dividends paid and proposed for 2018 increased by 8.2%. However, there exist a positive correlation between revenue and operating expenses.
