| | Happy Valentine day 2014!To singles or couples, this is a day which celebrate chocolate and pinkish goodies so I believe everyone can enjoy it!uuuurrrhhh...*cough*cough* I mean, it's a day which celebrate LOVE of course! *cough*cough*Anyway, I've had tons of fun with it this year, with my project: "The 14 days of Valentine", which is: I decided to celebrate Valentine by doing little things everyday from feb 1st to the 14th, like trying out the different pastries and chocolate valentine themed that has been released (Lindt, Godiva, Dunkin Donuts...), or making them at home (like heart shaped pancakes for example), pink manicure, watching chick flicks, taking photos of the many store fronts and many things they show off for valentine's day, trying out some of the many clothes they release at this time of the year, even my newly acquired card captor sakura desk calendar is pinkish!!~ When I have time, I'd like to do some scrapbooking about it all~Unfortunately, in the midst of it, I caught my brother's flu and ended up quite sick, so the 'doing little things EVERYDAY' didn't quite work out as I wished it to, but it was real close though!I hope everyone had their share of fun, sweet and love today I know some/many of you 'don't believe in valentine's day' and think this is all about marketing etc..., and it's not like I worship this day either to be sincere, but the same way the sellers worldwide use it to make money, I use it as an excuse to play around and enjoy the limited editions of my favorite brands of chocolate, and seeing red hearts a bit everywhere in the streets, try out girlish clothes and goof around watching/reading romantic stuffs, and of course looking forward the many artworks released at this time of the year too!!Tags:valentine day 2014Top of Page |
