Daisy_DL: A Messer/Monroe Challenge Community

daisy_dl is a challenge community about the CSI: NY pairing:

~Danny Messer & Lindsay Monroe~

This Ship is canon [Squeeee!] and so we can do whatever we want to do with the characters,
we don't own them, we are just playing a little bit around with them -
and most important we aren't making money out of it.

The Community is based on challenges: Header, Icons, Banner
but mostly about Fics: Oneshots, Ficlets, SongFic.

The Challenge will be posted on Sunday and sometimes on Saturday
when the previous Challenge has stopped for the voting.

Voting day is Sunday

CHALLENGE RUNNING TIMELINE
icon: a week
header and banner: two weeks
But the most common challenge will be the FanFiction Challenge:
fanfic: two till three weeks

I will post the results after voting has closed.
Places and banners will be given for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, most Original and Mod's Choice.

Mod's Choice will be given by the Moderators:

  Icons, Banner, Header
  1. The Icons must be 100x100 Pixels,Banners have to be 320x134px,
  and for the header: 750x350 (this can change) in common formats: jpg, png, bmp....
  2. Effects like text, brushes and textures are allowed
  whereas blends and animated icons aren't.
  3. Submit your entries by replying in a comment to the challenge entry,
  providing both the Image and the URL.

  Stories
  1. Respect the condition: such as words count, the subject, the lyrics if it is a song fic.
  2. Rate your fic
  3. No plagiarism. This is basis for banning from the community.
  4. Also put warnings for things like character death, and anything else that you think someone might want to be warned that is coming.
  5. The story/drabble has to be new and written specifically for the challengeCommon Rules
  1. You do not have to enter the Challenge in order to vote.
  2. Don't ask anyone to vote for you and don't vote for yourself.
  3. No plagiarism. This is basis for banning from the community.
  4. You have to keep your entries anonymous by not posting them anywhere until voting has closed.
  5. After voting has closed, If you wish to use an entry from a challenge (this work for Icons, Banners, Headers) credit the maker, not this community.
  If you don't know who the maker is, ask me and I will ask the maker for you if you could use it.
  Then I will tell you.
  Please remember. The rules above count unless I post otherwise in the challenge posts.
