There are limited and contradictory recommendations for the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process and in the educational programmes of higher education institutions. To define the scope of AI application, there is a need to develop institutional policies for higher education institutions, which will allow the academic community to determine the appropriate scope of AI application in the educational process and prevent the use of AI in areas where ethical norms are violated. Under global competition, the training of personnel with the demanded competencies in the labor m... more Under global competition, the training of personnel with the demanded competencies in the labor market becomes a guarantee ofcompetitive-ness of enterprises in the digital economy. The purpose of the paper is to identify gaps in the training of business analysts between the requirements of the labor market and the standards of higher education programs in Ukraine. Paper is devoted to analysis of the IT market of Ukraine and the imbalance of competences in the IT labor market in Ukraine; comparingthe requirements of employers for the competencies of IT specialists in the labor market; determiningthe competencies of educational programs in Ukraine according to the standards of the Ministryof Education and Science and their compliance with the requirements of the labor market for IT specialties,developingan experimental model of the impact of competencies of IT majors on the wages of business analysts.Affordablevacancies were analyzed and divided into 5 groups: Banks, Government institutions, IT, Retail and Other. These vacancies were analyzed by gen-eral competencies and specific subjectcompetencies.After comparing, the requirements of Ukrainian employers for the position of busi-ness analyst on the job search sites the most important specific subjectcompetencies for the IT industry were identified.Paper propose methodological approach to revise educational programmes according to market needs of employers.The ability to explain economic and social processes and phenomena based ontheoretical models, to analyze and interpret the obtained results, which determines the average monthly salary increase. The ability to develop business solutions and evaluate new technological proposals leads to a decrease in salary. The ability to form new competitive ideas and implement them in projects reduces the salary, when working inpositions in mature companies. The goal of this paper is to estimate the factors for providing the higher education quality assu... more The goal of this paper is to estimate the factors for providing the higher education quality assurance for students through ICT and to increase motivation of students to learn the disciplines. European Foundation for Quality Management Excellence Model helps to develop business process for quality assurance. At the same time, ADKAR (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) Model explains how to implement these changes. We estimated the impact of relevant factors on satisfactory level of students. Among the factors are duplications in the topics of disciplines, taking into account surveys for disciplines, transparency of evaluation criteria and feedback on students' work. The model helps determine the individual impact of each relevant factor on quality assurance and to prepare recommendations from implementation to institutionalization phase for providing the higher education quality assurance for students through ICT.

Під час розроблення програми туру враховується множина чинників (маршрут подорожі, перелік туристичних компаній-партнерів, перелік та склад послуг, що надаються під час туру, діапазон розважальних заходів тощо), розроблених для туристів за допомогою інформаційних систем Sabre, AMADEUS, Galileo, Worldspan. Змоделювавши ціноутворення за допомогою програмного інструменту RStudio для готельно-ресторанних комплексів із використанням відкритих даних системи Booking і g.port, було одержано, що якісніший прогноз щодо ціноутворення для ГРК Залізного Порта дає змогу виконати ресурс g.port, який користується більшою популярністю в даному сегменті ринку за рахунок привабливіших фінансових умов для власників ГРК. Велика диференціація цін на Booking погіршує якість прогнозу ціни. Коефіцієнт детермінації під час формування ціни на Booking дорівнює 33%, тоді як на g.port-71%. Серед основних чинників впливу, що є статистично значимими, виявлено відстань до моря, зручності в номері і наявність басейну. Спрогнозовано середню ціну номеру з кухнею і без кухні та довірчий інтервал для прогнозної ціни на основі відкритих даних для Booking і g.port. Підготовлено рекомендації щодо формування ціноутворення з урахуванням статистично значущих чинників впливу. PRICE POLICY FORMATION FOR HOTEL AND RESTAURANT COMPLEXES USING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY The paper explores the tools of travel distribution information systems for decision-making concerning pricing of hotel and restaurant complex (HRC), the purpose of which is to use open data to form the optimal price of hotel rooms. The development of the tour program takes into account many factors (travel route, list of partner travel companies, list and composition of services provided during the tour, ауковий вісник Херсонського державного університету Н range of entertainment activities, etc.) developed for tourists using such information as systems Saber, AMADEUS, Galileo, Worldspan. By modeling pricing through the means of RStudio software tool for hotel and restaurant complexes using the open data of the Booking and g.port system, it was obtained that a better pricing forecast for the Zaliznyy Port HRC allows the resource g.port, which is more popular in this market segment due to more attractive financial conditions for the owners of HRC. Substantial price differentiation on Booking worsens the quality of the price forecasting. The coefficient of determination for pricing model on Booking is 33%, while on g.port is 71%. Among the main influencing factors that are statistically significant are the distance to the sea, the comfort of the room and the availability of a swimming pool. Estimated average room price with and without kitchen and confidence interval for the forecast price based on open data for Booking and g.port. Prepared recommendations for the formation of pricing taking into account statistically significant factors. Price of vacation package will decrease on 1,34 UAH if at the distance to the sea increase on 1 meter. Price of vacation package will increase on 1641 UAH if there are conditions in the room. Dummy variable (the presence of a swimming pool) will increase on about 966 UAH if hotel includes swimming pool. Average room price will be 9,537 UAH for a room with a kitchen and 6,228 UAH for a room without a kitchen. With a probability of 95% price confidence interval will vary from 7750 UAH up to 11636 UAH for g.port for a room with a kitchen and from 4979 UAH up to 7792 UAH for a room without a kitchen. Using Booking.com Analytics or other open data, we can access big data that reflect sales level in the hotel. This data can help to form the optimal price per room.

The paper analyses the variety of supermarkets' strategies (imitation and innovation) through eco... more The paper analyses the variety of supermarkets' strategies (imitation and innovation) through economic experiment under which sales and prices will adapt to market demand. We compared strategies of supermarkets to demonstrate the advantages of supermarkets' strategy for imitators and innovators under different conditions. Our proposed algorithm for competitive supermarket model with fuzzy demand can be employed as a competitive strategy in a microeconomic system in which a wide range of different products/services are sold through supermarkets. We reveal the profitability of imitation strategy increases in the long-run period. With a small number of supermarkets (two or three), the innovative strategy of supermarkets turns out to be more beneficial. The number of supermarkets, number of steps and average price of products has a positive impact on the profit of supermarkets of both types.

Chat bots are web-based systems that have recently received a lot of attention due to their abili... more Chat bots are web-based systems that have recently received a lot of attention due to their ability to provide professional financial advice at a lower cost than a human advisor. We considered anthropomorphic design of chat bot as a positive impact on human perception, which is an important factor in human-computer interaction, because increasing the level of anthropomorphism of the system can potentially compensate for the lack of contact with a person. The influence of the anthropomorphism effect and anthropomorphic design of the bot on the feeling of social presence, trust, and the desire to follow recommendations are investigated. High cost of financial advice, the volatility of markets and problems with finding professional financial advisors have created favourable conditions for the use of robo-advisors. Due to the growing popularity of robo-advisors and chat bots, new opportunities appeared for banks for attracting new customers. There are a large number of chat bots that can provide financial advice, but usually, these are complex solutions and they require quite a lot of time to work with them, so if the user's goal is to get a quick and specific answer, such solutions are not the best option. The goal of our research is to develop a Telegram chat bot for personalized financial advice. To meet this goal we need consider examples of chat bots advisors for potential investors to analyse available software solutions for financial advisors and create our own software product for personalized financial advice. Research methods include analytical mathematical methods and technologies, such as Python, Telegram Bot API, Aiogram, Docker, Amazon Web Services, EC2, and Ubuntu Server. We created our own software product, a telegram bot for automated financial consultations to achieve the goals of private investors by calculating constant level of consumption during determined period under expected inflation rate to decide whether invest or not. Our telegram bot provides option for receiving financial advice and helping potential investors with capital distribution.

The choice between economic efficiency and social equity has become a key objection in economic d... more The choice between economic efficiency and social equity has become a key objection in economic development, since in the current economic system, which has become close to the Pareto optimum, the achievement of both of these goals is mutually exclusive. There is only one way to reach both of these goalsthe fundamental change of current system of economic relations and getting access to new curves of production capabilities, which may become quite real within development of Industry 4.0 and 6th technological wave. Nevertheless, nobody can predict the social impact of Industry 4.0 on society, which in the context of future technological changes transforms into Society 4.0. The purpose of this paper is to prepare cluster analysis of countries inequality due to IT development using software package. We researched impact of gross capital formation, research and development expenditure to create innovations, intellectual property and hightechnology exports on inequality of countries using principal component analysis based on open data 2012-2015. We found 4 main clusters of 45 countries which have convergence and divergence attributes due to IT development. It was also revealed the countries which had inequality due to other reasons which are not connected with IT development.

The choice between economic efficiency and social equity has become a key objection in economic d... more The choice between economic efficiency and social equity has become a key objection in economic development, since in the current economic system, which has become close to the Pareto optimum, the achievement of both of these goals is mutually exclusive. There is only one way to reach both of these goalsthe fundamental change of current system of economic relations and getting access to new curves of production capabilities, which may become quite real within development of Industry 4.0 and 6th technological wave. Nevertheless, nobody can predict the social impact of Industry 4.0 on society, which in the context of future technological changes transforms into Society 4.0. The purpose of this paper is to prepare cluster analysis of countries inequality due to IT development using software package. We researched impact of gross capital formation, research and development expenditure to create innovations, intellectual property and hightechnology exports on inequality of countries using principal component analysis based on open data 2012-2015. We found 4 main clusters of 45 countries which have convergence and divergence attributes due to IT development. It was also revealed the countries which had inequality due to other reasons which are not connected with IT development.
