The article theoretically shows transformation of modern didactic model into three-subjective (St... more The article theoretically shows transformation of modern didactic model into three-subjective (Student -Teacher -Information and communication pedagogical environment). Active components of new subject, which are the most evident in a learning process, are analyzed in the article. The requirement block of information and communication environment as a subject of the educational process is described. The comparative characteristic of the main components of traditional and innovative teaching systems is presented in the article. The authors have made a comparative description of the main forms of university studies in different didactic models: object-subject, subject-subject and three-subject training. The measurement of cogency of each of these three study subjects and their significance in the process of major educational operations (collection, processing, storage, transmission) in various forms of training: lectures, practical classes and individual work were presented.

The new subject's active components that are the most evident in learning process are analyzed. The requirements set to the information and communication pedagogical environment as an educational subject is described. The comparative characteristic of traditional and innovative teaching system components is presented. The authors have made the comparative description of the main university studies forms in different didactic models: object-subject, subject-subject and three-subject training. The experience of the information and communication pedagogical environment creating in the University is described. It is carried out the comparative subjects' behavior modeling during different training forms according to subject-subject or three-subject didactic system. The measurement of each three educational subjects' cogency and their significance in the process of major study operations (collection, processing, storage, transmission) during various training forms as lecture, practice and individual work is presented.

The usage of ICT has become an integral part of the learning process. It provides such benefits a... more The usage of ICT has become an integral part of the learning process. It provides such benefits as improving learning efficiency, developing thinking culture, sharing knowledge and collaborating in the fast-paced digital society. The article is devoted to summarize the pedagogical conditions for future primary school teachers' research competences formation with the usage of ICT in education. The results of the survey of students' usage of different ICT are analyzed. The basic directions of modern students' scientific work are analyzed. The main directions of students' research work are discussed. On the basis of the analysis of students' usage of the ICT in scientific work, a five-step model of activity was created and tested, in particular, research planning, information phases, experiments, analytics, as well as the stage of project execution and presentation of research results.

У статті проаналізовані погляди вітчизняних і закордонних науковців на сутність змішаного навчанн... more У статті проаналізовані погляди вітчизняних і закордонних науковців на сутність змішаного навчання. Подано авторське визначення терміну змішаний курс навчання. Описано процес проектування такого курсу за цільовим, мотиваційним, змістовим, діяльнісним і діагностичним компонентами. Представлено структуру реалізації змішаного курсу та розподіл навчально-пізнавальної діяльності студентів між аудиторними заняттями і дистанційним курсом. Узагальнено проблеми забезпечення ефективності реалізації змішаного курсу для студентів, викладачів, освітнього закладу. Проаналізовано успішність студентів за три роки навчання. Наведено результати анкетування студентів щодо визначення їх ставлення до змішаного курсу за такими категоріями: ефективність змішаного курсу, об’єктивність оцінювання, стимулювання до вивчення, застосування плагіату в навчанні, розуміння сутності змішаного курсу навчання.

The quantitative and qualitative results of an experimental study proved the set of professional qualities of modern flexible alumnus. В статті узагальнені педагогічні умови забезпечення процесу формування інформатичних компетентностей студентів на основі сучасних наукових досліджень, визначено місце квазіпрофесійної діяльності студентів у процесі становлення інформатичних компетентностей. Автор статті узагальнює результати анкетування з метою дослідження рівня та можливості користування Інтернет студентами, планування та характеру застосування ІКТ під час практики. Серед педагогічних умов формування інформатичних компетентностей майбутніх учителів початкових класів виокремлено квазіпрофесійну діяльність, основними формами реалізації якої є імітаційне моделювання та педагогічна практика.

The article aims to explore lecturers and students’ requirements towards the ICT use in higher ed... more The article aims to explore lecturers and students’ requirements towards the ICT use in higher education institutions, to identify their problems in the ICT use in teaching, communication and research. Using a questionnaire we investigate the reliability of electronic educational sources, the kind of access to course learning materials, the ICT use in lectures, practical classes, individual work, consultations and control. The results of the survey showed that there is a mismatch between students’ need to have blended learning and lecturers’ ability to satisfy it. The lecturers and students assessed the overall ICT impact on the learning process. We found out that the lecturers believe that the educational process with ICT facilities becomes more complicated. For them it requires more digital skills, much time to create and maintain the blended courses. But students believe that ICT enhances learning, making it easy and more interesting. Ukrainian and foreign scientists’ views on the essence of blended learning are analyzed in the ar... more Ukrainian and foreign scientists’ views on the essence of blended learning are analyzed in the article. The author's definition of a blended learning course is presented. The process of such course designing is described according to target, motivational, substantive, operational and diagnostic components. Both the structure of the blended learning course implementation as well as students’ educational-cognitive activity distribution between classroom learning and distance course are shown. The problems for students, teachers, and educational institutions of blended courses effective implementation are summarized. Students’ academic performance of three years study is analyzed. The results of students’ questioning to determine their perception of blended learning course are described according to the following categories: the effectiveness of blended course, evaluation objectivity, motivation to study, the use of plagiarism in studies, understanding of blended learning course.
