The bacteria responsible for acne are Staphylococcus aureus. So many synthetic products are available in the market for acne treatment including antibiotics, but serious side effects arises due to the long-term use of synthetically prepared anti-acne preparations. Bacterial resistance is the major problem that occurs due to the irrational use of antibiotics, in addition to this skin problem, such as erythema, allergy, sunburn and melanin pigmentation. As from ancient times, natural plant substances have been shown to be promising candidates for acne treatment without side effects. Therefore in the present study, the anti acne cream formulation has been prepared using Vitex negundo (leaves), Hibiscus rosa-sinensis (flower) and Tea Tree Oil (Melaleuca alternifoli). The prepared formulation was evaluated on the basis of greasiness, spreadability, homogeneity, skin irritancy, viscosity, pH, emolliency and stability. The antibacterial study was also performed using a well diffusion technique and results showed that formulation possess sufficient anti bacterial activity. This showed that the optimized formulation has anti-acne properties.

The distribution pattern in the nearby keratinocytes and the nature of the formed melanin determine the actual color of our skin. Melanin form through the series of oxidative reaction involving the amino acid tyrosine in the presence of enzyme tyrosinase. Skin whitening agent after inhibit the activity of tyrosinase. The drawback of the quick effect was, the high cytotoxicity of hydroquinone and its huge irritation potential. So that's why herbal medicines are currently in demand and their popularity is increasing day by day. The objective of this research is to formulate skin whitening formulation, which have ability to give whitening effect without any side effects using herbal products. Now a day's hyperpigmentation is a major problem. As per previous literature survey it is reported that lycopene, Citric acid & Tocopherol shows significant result in skin whitening activity. It is reported that plants Tomato, Lemon & Cucumber (fruits) contain high amount of Lycopene, Citric acid & Tocopherol. So from above conclusion to hypothesize that this plants may have significant role in skin whitening.

It is widely accepted that the use of maternal health services helps in reducing maternal morbidity and mortality. The utilization of maternal health services is a complex phenomenon and it is influenced by several factors. Therefore, the factors at different levels affecting the use of these services need to be clearly understood. The objective of this study was to estimate the effects of individual, community and district level characteristics on the utilization of maternal health services with special reference to antenatal care (ANC), skilled attendance at delivery and postnatal care (PNC) Methods: The present paper focuses in understanding the maternal health care utilization by the ever married Rabari women of Udaipur District, Rajasthan. A purposive random sampling method was used to collect data from 122 ever married women of age group 15-49 years by using pretested and modified demographic schedule. Results: The results of this study showed that 63.11% of the respondents used ANC during their most recent pregnancy whereas only 10.65% women received PNC within two weeks of delivery. In the last delivery, 36.06% mothers were assisted by doctors and 50.81% assisted by nurse. Regarding components of ANC utilization 85.24% women reported intake of IFA (Iron and Folic Acid) tablets during pregnancy, while 77.04% of the women received Tetanus Toxoid (TT) Injection. The study reflects that higher utilization of ANC services are there and PNC services are mostly neglected among the women. The study also reflected upon the use of Birth Control Measures (BCM) among the woman. The lesser number of sample size may bind us from recommending much. But, Mothers should be motivated continuously and with every generation of nation they give birth to, they should utilize such health services for the future of the healthy society.

Though not all reality shows are same but the ones which indulge in creating fake realities are the ones to blame the most. The main objective of the study was to see the positive and negative impact of reality shows on adolescent's personality. The present study was conducted in Lucknow Uttar Pradesh in the academic year 2014-2015. The study was conducted on 120 adolescents of residing in and studying in government and private schools. Simple random sampling technique was used to select the sample. Self constructed interview schedule was used to collect the data. The data analysis was done using 'F' test for independent groups, and following result was achieved. Academic outcomes show sig- nificant difference between students of Government and Private schools in positive feeling and outlet for competiveness at the 0.05 level. The main result from the present study that the students of private schools were more positively affected with reality than students of government schools.

The aim of this study was to review the different compositions of hydrogel that have been developed and analyze their clinical relevance in the treatment of chronic diabetic wounds. Methods: We conducted a scoping review in which twelve articles were selected for review after applying relevant inclusion and exclusion criteria using a two-reviewer strategy. Data extracted from these studies was used to answer the following research question: What is the composition of hydrogels used to treat chronic diabetic wounds and how effective are they? Results: We analyzed five randomized controlled trials, two retrospective studies, three reviews, and two case reports. Hydrogel compositions discussed included mesenchymal stem cell sheets, carbomer, collagen, and alginate hydrogels, as well as hydrogels embedded with platelet-derived growth factor. Synthetic hydrogels, largely composed of carbomers, were found to have high levels of evidence supporting their wound healing properties, though few articles described their routine use in a clinical setting. Collagen hydrogels dominate the present-day hydrogel market in the clinical treatment of chronic diabetic wounds. The augmentation of hydrogels with therapeutic biomaterials is a new field of hydrogel research, with studies demonstrating promising early in vitro and in vivo animal studies demonstrating promising early results for in vitro and in vivo animal investigations. Conclusions: Current research supports hydrogels as a promising topical therapy in the treatment of chronic diabetic wounds. Augmenting Food & Drug Administration-approved hydrogels with therapeutic substances remains an interesting early area of investigation.

The study quoted below highlights the pathogenic pathways, the frequency of RA along with its impact on patients, thus, raising awareness about the concerned topic. It is found that the chances and frequency of developing depression are 2-3 times higher in patients with RA in comparison to the general population. For such studies, self-reported questionnaires along with proper screening of inclusion and exclusion criteria have been employed which helped in a better comparative study of the topic. As per a report from a meta-analysis, 16.8% of patients with RA have been observed to develop severe depression. According to recent research in the related field, the hypothesis of the role of immune-mediated processes and their role in brain networks and inflammation has been found to be engaged in the progression and pathophysiology of depression in patients with RA. Autoimmune mechanisms and cytokines are found to play an essential role in coordination for initiating and sustaining the disorder. Involvement of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α has been studied and analysed widely. A number of studies have shown a connection between depression and RA-related physical impairment, fatigue, and increased pain. Higher mortality, reduced treatment compliance, and more comorbidities effects increased suicide risk. It is also found that depression along with RA leads to hospitalizations, which in turn increase the cost of care for the patient. Hence, it could be stated that the study of depression in RA can be an important marker for the progression of RA and its prognosis. The latest treatment strategies for RA include management of symptoms and early disorder treatment The current review aims to investigate and bring the links between RA and its symptoms into the limelight, including the psycho-social, physiological, and neurological aspects along with their molecular mechanism, for a better discernment of the topic for the readers.
