Community Rules:

1) Keep posts on topic
Please keep all posts focused on the community fan fictions and art. If you have a question, check the FAQ before asking to see if someone else has already asked your question.

2) Pictures (fan art) larger than 500*500px must be placed behind a lj cut.
This is important and will make the lives of people without a high-speed internet connection much easier. This also prevents the layout of deviatefiction from getting messed up.

3) Be decent to other members.
This should be a given. When commenting on other's work, constructive criticsm should be constructive, not malicious. In addition, do not go posting off-site drama, on-(or off)-topic ranting, raving, or anything of the sort. I think we all can figure out what's acceptable and what's not. If there's a problem, directly let one of the mods or admin know.

4) Nix the introduction posts.
We're sorry this might sound picky, but we don't want the clutter. An introduction post is when new members feel the need to introduce themselves in a new post. If you'd like to do this, simply add an introduction onto an on-topic post.

We're a pretty open-minded and easygoing community without an excessive number of rules, just respect what rules there are and have fun here! :)
