PLC fills a GAP in G-protein-coupled signalling (original) (raw)

Nature Cell Biology volume 2, pages E82–E83 (2000)Cite this article

Abstract

An emerging theme in G-protein-coupled signalling is that effectors for G proteins, such as phospholipase C-β, also function as GTPase-activating proteins. Such dual roles may contribute to high temporal resolution in G-protein-coupled signalling cascades.
