Native _Cs_FBPase activity inside C. sinensis adults with or without MB05032 treatment.
Adult flukes were respectively maintained on high, low, and no glucose DMEM (A, B, and C), as well as 1 × Locke’s (D) with or without the addition of MB05032. Native _Cs_FBPase activity was measured at 12 and 24 h of feeding. Differences between two groups were evaluated by student’s t test. *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01 were represented as statistical significance.
