Glucose (GTT) and insulin (ITT) tolerance tests were performed on mice at age 22 and 26 weeks, respectively. GTT (A) and ITT (B) experiments after intraperitoneal injection of glucose or insulin in WT recipient mice transplanted with WT or Jnk1−/− bone marrow.
