Axin2 transcripts are expressed normally in IFT mutants.
Wholemount in situ hybridization for _Axin_2, a downstream target of canonical Wnt signaling, in wild type and IFT mutant embryos. The domains of expression of Axin in Ift88 (A), Ift172 (B), Kif3a (C) and Dync2h1 (D) mutant embryos were indistinguishable from those of wild-type littermates.
