Cleavage of HK by MBL-MASP complexes.
HK (200 µg/ml final) was added to the MBL-MASP complexes isolated from human plasma in TBS-Ca buffer (see Methods) and incubated at 37°C (time in hours indicated). The MASP-1 concentration was approximately 60 nM (∼5 µg/ml). 15 µl samples per lane were analyzed by reducing SDS-PAGE.
