Mutations are shown in numbered space filling models on the ribbon backbone of subunit A with the exception to position 480 that is shown on both subunits A and B. Mutations are numbered and shown as described in Fig. 3. Mutation sites in contact with NP A and B subunits in the oligomer are: M426(B) to M448+E449(A); A428(B) to R261(A), V476(B) to D482+S483(A); and D480(A) to M481(B). B).
