Inclusion criteria are described for durations and peak parasite counts. For the latter, “unperturbed” implies no drug treatment before the fifth day after the measured peak. Even perturbed cases (light blue) are included, since these cases requiring drug treatment represent possible high-parasitemia outcomes.
