ROC curve analysis showed that the diagnostic power of miRNA classifier (A) was higher than the diagnostic powers of single clinical indicators (B). Kruskal-Wallis test was used to determine the statistical significance of miR-106b (D and E) and miR-181b (C and F) in different fibrosis and necroinflammation grades.
