Plasma miR-106b and miR-181b levels in non−CHB-related cirrhosis cohort.
ROC curve analysis showed that the diagnostic power of the miRNA classifier was significant high in non-CHB cirrhosis cohort (A). There was no statistic difference between the two miRNAs levels in patients with different types of cirrhosis (B and C), indicating that the dysregulated levels of plasma miRNAs were not etiology-specific.
