Representative serial section images of a pancreatic intestinal neoplasm (PanIN) lesion at (C) 200× or (D) 1000× magnification. Serial tissue sections were immunostained with antibodies to CK19, CXCL12, CXCR4, and CXCR7, or the isotype controls. n = 25 different normal tissues from 21 individual patients, 82 different tissues from 29 different PDAC patients, or 19 pathologically confirmed PanIN lesions.
