Levels of CXCL12 were measured by ELISA (C) in established PDAC cell lines as well as GFP- and CXCL12-expressing MiaPaCa2-luciferase clones. (D) CXCL12-secreted by transfected MiaPaCa2-luciferase clones #1 and #2 stimulated U937 chemotaxis.
