Cell proliferation in the MGE is not altered in Fgfr1 mutants at E13.5.

BrdU labeling in the MGE of Fgfr1f/f Control (A) and Fgfr1f/f;Nestin-Cre (B), and Phospho-histone 3 (PHis3) and Mash1 immunolabeling in the MGE of Fgfr1f/f Control (C) and Fgfr1f/f;Nestin-Cre (D) embryos. BrdU was administered at E13.5, and embryos were analyzed at E14.5. No significant differences in the number of BrdU labeled (E) or PHis3 labeled cells (F) were observed by stereology (n = 3 for each group). Scale bar is 25 µm.
