IFNγ production of tumor-specific CD8 T cells.
Frequencies and IFNγ levels of transferred pmel-1 T cells were analysed in the blood at the peak of the response on day 21. MFI indicates intensity of IFNγ staining per pmel-1 population (geo-means). Two-way student t-test was used to calculate statistical significance.
