Simplot bootscan analyses were implemented based on sequences of pol region. YN151 (A) and YN022 (B) represented 4 mosaic B’/C recombinants close to CRF07_BC in phylogenetic tree. YN178 (C) and YN139 (D) served as examples of 8 novel B’/C recombinants carried breakpoints similar to those of CRF62_BC. YN527 (E) represented 2 undefined CRF01_AE/C recombinants and YN186 (F) represented 2 undefined CRF01_AE/B’ recombinants.
