In both cases, some of the lowest-scoring ideas were user-contributed, but critically, some of the highest-scoring ideas were also user-contributed. In general, the large number of user-contributed ideas, combined with their high variance, means that they typically include some extremely popular ideas. Posterior intervals for each estimate are not shown.
