Potential of S961, PPP or WM to downregulate insulin signaling.
pAKT abundance, normalized to AKT abundance was determined in NV cells treated with no insulin (Control), insulin or treated with insulin plus IR inhibitor S961, or IGF-1R inhibitor (PPP), S961+PPP combined (S961+PPP), or PI3K inhibitor wortmannin (WM). The treatments were compared using one-way ANOVA and post hoc Tukey’s HSD test, p≤0.05. Treatment sharing letters are not statistically significant.
