mAb 13G9 inhibits TS-catalyzed MU-NANA hydrolysis.
TS (50 ng) was incubated with increasing amounts of 13G9 hybridoma supernatant for 10 min as indicated, then 200 µM MU-NANA was added and incubation continued for 30 min. Controls with complete medium were run in parallel.
