*takes a deep breath*

I’m happily married, most of the time :)

I have three great kids, when they’re behaving themselves. Life is a little more interesting at the moment with two of them going through puberty *give me strength* When I first started this journal all my kids were in primary school; now I have two in high school! Is it scary? You bet it is!

We also have a crazy dog, who I adore, even when he is pushing me away from the computer to get some attention (not that he lacks in that department).

I’m a stay at home mum, which means my days are full of housework, shopping, and running after the kids (they do a lot of out of school sport). I love that I’m able to be here for my kids, no matter what time of the day it is or what it is they need me for.

Everyone claims their life is boring, but, you know, life is what you make it or how you perceive it. Sometimes it’s dreadfully routine, and at other times it’s as if the world has been turned upside down and given a good shake. I know there are some days/weeks/months when I just wish it would all stop for a while, so I can grab five minutes just to reflect or scratch that itch that’s been bothering me for a while.

In my spare time I like to read and write. I’m a hardcore Draco/Ginny snob and proud of it, but I will read other pairings if written well (just not the ones that break up D/G).

This journal is a mix of fandom stuff, writing, and my personal life (which some of you will probably find incredibly boring). My most personal entries are f-locked, for obvious reasons, but there is a great deal open to the public, including all my writing.
